Online Dispute Resolution seems finally to be an acceptable way of solving disputes. But the road was long and there is still some resistance. The business model of ODR is also still fuzzy. The integration of ODR to the judicial process, as a first step to solve low intensity disputes, is the way to ensure independence and authority of ODR bodies. This article explores such questions and is an historic account of the first ODR experiences.
